The Tale of the Caroling Team

Wow... Christmas is COMING!!!

This year is a really special year because this year rocks! *LOL* Actually this year my church's sister sunday school and youth gathering which is -- Megakids and MegaYouth is having a caroling team. And... something really amazing happened.... There goes the story...

Once upon a time, there's a caroling team. They wanted to sing and share God's Christmas love to the non-believers. They wanted to sing at their homes. But, too bad, no one but one wanted to open their homes. So they are very, very upset... T.T... Because all their effort of preparing and practicing are all wasted.

One day, a person from a place heard of the sad tale of their effort. He also heard that the chief of a faraway land called Swiss Garden wanted a caroling team. *ding* "Aha!" thought he, "this can work. The caroling team can come here!" And so, he told this to the leader of that caroling team.

The team was really exited about this. They prepared more things. Suddenly, Miss A came along. She said that she can suggest this caroling thing to another place called Megamall. After much effort, once again the team was invited to present their presentation there. "Whoo....!" the leader of the team sang. The members of the team work even more harder.

They decided to sing the song "You Raise Me Up" in parts. 5 girls sang this song. The girls are -- Jamie Wu, Janice Wu, Zoe Lum (they sang the melody line), Esther Lim (sang the lower part) and last but not the least, JOYCE ANG (who sang the higher part).

The teacher of these girls also want to present an item. She and 2 of her friends decided to sing the song "When Love Came Down". They sang the song beautifully. The lady guitarist planned to sing a chinese song and a Christmas carol. On the whole, the entire team worked and practiced hard. They practiced daily.

After some time, the day of their presentation came. It was dated as 20th December 2008. They gathered at Pei Chai School and had their final rehearsal. Then, their bus arrived and they set off...

Before long, they arrived at Megamall at around 7.30 pm. They went down the bus, lined up "neatly" and into the mall they went. After some setting up they went up the stage. They sang their chorus beautifully, only the PA system is really bad.

So now, they are preparing for the Christmas Eve presentation at Swiss Garden. They really wanted success. They were told that 200+ people will be at their land watching the presentation. They are happy... They are nervous... They need prayer support. May God bless them...

The end.

So this is the story of the caroling team. I really hoped that every thing can go well.
